Conrad is Principal Advisor on Child Sexual Exploitation at IFYS Ltd and oversees Project Paradigm, a national programme aimed at preventing and disrupting domestic child exploitation and trafficking in Australia. He is a director on the board of Community Work Australia and occasional peer reviewer for the international Journal of Sexual Aggression. Conrad’s career as a practitioner and manager has focused heavily on the themes of harmful sexual behaviour, missing children, child exploitation and trafficking.
